This notice describes information submitted through aisolutionsla.com and the free Website Health Check. It does not cover data-handling terms for a separate client engagement, which are addressed in the applicable agreement.

Information you provide
When you contact us or request a website report, we may receive your name, business email, phone number, company name, website address, stated business goal, and the message you send.
Information created by the Website Health Check
The tool requests publicly accessible website pages and common public files such as robots.txt and sitemap.xml. It records the submitted URL, detected website conditions, resulting scores, recommendations, and basic request diagnostics. It does not attempt to sign in, submit forms on the reviewed website, or exploit vulnerabilities.
How we use the information
We use submitted information to deliver the requested report, respond to questions or quote requests, maintain and improve the tool, prevent abuse, and protect the reliability of the website. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to a general newsletter.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, database, background checks, and private report files. SendGrid is the configured email integration when enabled. Optional Google PageSpeed checks send the submitted public URL to Google to obtain mobile lab measurements. Website scan content is not sent to a language model by this tool.
Sessions, activity, and sharing
An essential, anonymous session cookie keeps your saved checks accessible in this browser for up to 90 days. We record limited first-party activity such as service views, completed checks, and submitted inquiries, along with campaign labels and the referring domain. We do not collect the search phrase a visitor used. Abuse-prevention counters use a hashed connection identifier rather than storing the raw IP address in our application database.
Reports are private by default. Anyone with a report share link can view its findings until that link expires or is revoked. Only share reports you have permission to disclose. A report email is a requested transaction, not a marketing subscription.
Retention and choices
Unclaimed reports and page-check snapshots expire after seven days. Requesting a report by email or attaching it to an inquiry extends the saved report to 90 days. PDF files expire after 30 days or when the underlying report expires, whichever comes first. Anonymous activity is retained for 90 days. New, lost, or spam inquiries inactive for a year are deleted; qualified and active client records follow the business relationship's separate retention needs.
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must reasonably retain. Include your inquiry reference or report link so we can locate the relevant record.
